Our Mentors
- Technically we don’t call the teachers teachers. They are Scholar Base mentors, and are called aunties and uncles, who foster informal relationship with our children.
- Our main assets of Scholar Base mentors are their vivacity and their affinity for children. They come from diverse qualifications and assuredly they have fluent spoken and written English
- Scholar Base takes pride in the English environment and our teaching methods which motivates children to learn. Therefore we place importance on training the mentors on executing our class handling approach. On average, each mentor has to undergo at least 3 months of training before they take a class independently.
